Noob question – vacuum leak

I would not be all that concerned as long as your refrigerator is working property unless you are using one of those small “dorm” size ones. Under those conditions your meat is not going to go bad. If it continues to bug you then you can try to locate the leak and merely squeeze out the trapped air and tape it shut. Ron
