Ron….thanks so much for the information you so freely share. I will be getting a pack of tri tips….next week….and will age a couple and save the rest for awhile. I will post how the aging goes when I finish…about a month from now…sigh…hope I can wait that long!!! Thanks again and have a great weekend….Jim
