That was my other option. I will do that. I am so ready for them to arrive. I just ordered them yesterday, they shipped today and got the meat today. I should be in business early next week. I have the Weston 2300 vac sealer so it should work great. It is 15 inches wide as opposed to 12″ so it should be perfect. Since I have 6 halves I am going to do I think I am going to start at 28 days and do each one an additional week and see where the “sweet spot” is.
