Newbie Basic Refrigerator Question

Welcome aboard! Just as long as that frost free refrigerator is in proper working order then the automatic cycling it is doing will draw off the moisture being released from the dry aging of the meat. When you can open and close it that will allow even more changing of the air, but as long as the temperature remains stable that too will assure your meat is aging fine.
