As long as your refrigerator is a modern frost free unit in proper working order than spoilage is unlikely; unless the meat was spoiled going into the bag. If the pockets are excessive then you might want to attempt getting the moisture down to one corner. Then make a small hole to let it drain out followed by a cover of that hole with a piece of good packaging tape.
