Haha sorry, what us Aussies call scotch fillet, is basically bone out ribeye. Now I have had a 60 day dry aged ribeye bone in. And it tasted nothing like what i have done unfortunately. This just wasnt pleasant to eat unfortunately. I want to try again but it also an expensive exercise if it doesnt work out corrently. But live and learn.
