Wow! That’s too bad. I say the dry aging this one is out of the question, but I wouldn’t pitch it, but go ahead and steak it out. Your nose should tell you if it had gone bad when you cut it today and freeze the rest of the steaks.

Now another question though – is that garage refrigerator a modern frost free unit? If not I wouldn’t use it for dry aging.
