David, Sorry, but I couldn’t open any of your pictures.
Here is some sage advice. If you are planning to pull your meat out and take pictures of it once a week you are risking tearing even a small hole in the bag as the meat drys. The UMAi Dry® bag will tightly adhere to the meat especially at the points where the meat protrudes and tears can happen. If you want to take pictures for your drying project then I recommend leaving the meat alone and just take pictures of it laying on the grate you have it on.
