LOL – actually I cheated on the sauce, but we’ve loved it for years. It was Knorr Bearnaise, but kicked up stairs by using half and half in instead of just milk plus using real butter vs. margarine!
The strong point that I’m proud of are my potato balls carved using a melon baller. Here’s a slide show – which you may have to double click on to get it rolling – pun intended! :laugh:
