yes the panty hose trick would have helped, but in the meantime I would not worry about that spot and most certainly would not re-bag or attempt to reseal. Separation is not that uncommon as the meat ages it shrinks and valleys can occur especially in de-boned meat. While the bag is somewhat flexible, it does not stretch much.
