For an air bubble to occur I should have explained it better…if that was trapped air when you sealed it then so be it. But if the air bubble occurred in just 3 days after you had sealed it then I wondered if the meat was off gassing which could imply it was spoiled meat to begin with or your refrigerator wasn’t cooling properly or at the correct temperature range!
