No! All that little unit does is to cool the contents. Then the circulating fan adds little to nothing since that dorm refrigerator does NOT remove the moisture inside. The simple explanation about dry aging meat is removing the tasteless water within the meat cells. Since that refrigerator does NOT wick off that moisture then the meat just lays there and rots.
