Sorry RRP I will be honest.. Did not practice but I do use the sealer alot on other things it was a little different. I think I got a good seal…Had a little bit of air in the pockets where the bones where cut out but outer than that looked pretty good.In the frige now on a rack is at 35f , how long will it take for me to know if I got a good seal???? I have another bag so if it does not seal I can tranfer right??I know it will be alot of trouble but>>>What about the price of that meat???
