I hope the dry blood isn’t a prob, cause I have it on all 3 of my bags.
I hope I get corrected if I’m wrong, but small air pockets are ok, imo. As long as the meat is sealed and going good, don’t worry.
Can you post a pic? My rib has some air in it now but I’m think’n it’s just fine. It shrunk and has a “seal” from the meat that should be ok…..as long as temp is ok.
IMO, once it’s sealed and looks good w/the bag “adhered” to the meat. Put it in the ice box and don’t worry about it unless it stinks. I think some of us “noob’s” are over think’n this a bit.
