My only word of advice is to listen to Ron and do not move it again…..
I aint moving it again. Planning on aging for 35 days.. 25 more to go!
I’m not sure if I picked up a beast for my first ribeye, but it barely fit in a “Ribeye/Striploin Size” bag! I also noticed there is no contact between the meat and left hand side of the bag (on the small flat edge of the ribeye, where the vacuum seal is). That’s the only area that’s like that.. hope it wont develop into future problems, cause from what I can tell, everything else looks good.
