Looks good, Al! The thrust of your post is what I try to tell newbies every time…that is take your first bag and practice practice practice so that you learn how the Drybag works with your sealer instead of burning through your whole supply of bags! Besides, there’s a good chance that you can still use that first practice bag to age your first primal of meat! See? YOU are already a vet yourself!!! Ron
