Recommendations on Temp/Humidity Monitor

Chris, this is the one I have and am pleased with it. You can buy cheaper ones I’m sure, but I also own two of their thermapens plus an IR thermometer from them. They are a quality company that stands behind their products. BTW instant reading internal temp is the road to the perfectly cooked steaks and while the thermapen sounds expensive it isn’t after you ruin some steaks by over cooking them! Here’s the link:
