Welcome to our forum, John. We are still a young board and it may take a day or more to get more than one answer about your pork use, but IMHO you did right in just bagging the one. As for the remainder what I would do is slice it and fry or BBQ it like pork steaks…or cut it up into smaller chunks for stir fry meat. As for the Food Saver not liking the DryBags that is the reason the VacMouse strip was developed. Next time you order you should get them. OTOH if you want to try sealing without the VM here is a video I made before the VM strip was invented.
