Hi Jeanette, welcome to the forum. I understand your concern but I really feel you will be just fine. If you had said the temp had skyrocketed then yes I too would have been concerned. Instead you just took that meat back to a frozen stage where most certainly it had already been. It will get back up to temp, thaw out easily in the process and like I said you’ll be fine. BTW I assume the Chi prefix might indicate you are in Chicago? Ron
