Thank you Ron! Yes Chicago, actually a northern suburb but I was born in raised in Chicago! This is my first go around with Umai and I’m sure it will not be my last! I LOVE to cook and experience the best of what is in my control. Cooking takes patience and the results will always be the best! I have 2 whole strips againing for my family fathers day celebration. I can’t wait to hear how pleased everyone will be. I did in the past open air dry age a prime rib for Christmas one year with amazing results. I can’t wait to have these steaks!
