Sorry I should have been more clear, but your reply already tells me you tried to pull the bag away and that was when you felt it had not bonded. Not sure why you tried that, but in the future you might want to subscribe to the notion of not messing with or turning your aging meat JUST in case you might disturb the bond or worst yet cause a tear in the bag. Sign me “fuddy-duddy” Ron if you wish :laugh:
