Thanks and Yes RRP I am most certainly hooked, I am so impressed with the transformation of the cut from an average some what tough piece of meat to a fine steak with not only a richness and depth of beefy flavor but a tenderness that cut like butter. This process improved and enhanced every element of the beef and I can’t wait for the NYS nor can I wait to get more in the fridge I’m thinking a couple of ribeyes might be next. Thanks also Hawk I am looking forward to your update on that ribeye you wont be disappointed so far I have listened to RRP and with his advice you can’t go wrong.
PS. Nice work with the Orb and Steak turner they both look great…..
