Hi Mark! Welcome to our forum!
While that “leg” of beef may look sexy right now I would suggest you carefully remove the hose in 3 or 4 days. Note I suggested “carefully”! Your UMAi Dry will begin to adhere to your meat – especially enhanced from the compression from the hose so it won’t be needed, plus removal will allow more surface of the UMAi bag to release the tasteless water from your meat.
