I think I discovered that I’m not a fan of the NY Strip. I took one of my dry-aged ny strips to the neighbors and we shared it along with his wet-aged ribeye. I have to admit that I preferred the ribeye, but that was only because I always prefer ribeye.
It made me want to drive immediately to Costco to get a prime ribeye, but my fridge cannot hold another pound of drying meat at the moment. The cheese drawer and the door are the only places not occupied by charcuterie!
I love Umai Dry!!
