Hi,
I am using a channel sealer, but it seems to melt the plastic and obviously not sealing. The meat though seems to loose the volume and even after 10 days in the fridge the meat tastes beautiful. The sealer does its works but in the fridge it looses its vacuum. I would love to start to make your Capicola and Soppressata, Can’t wait.
