This has happened to me a few times. I have done it both ways, re-bagged and left it alone. It happened to a Bresola and a Capicola. I revacuumed a Lonzo but haven’t opened it yet. I think you ca leave it alone. The vacuum bag is not a true vacuum bag like a foodsaver bag. from my experience it will still dry out and not let other stuff in. I opened my Capicola last night and it was great! I will post later. my Bresola was just fine, amazing how dense and heavy it turned out. One thin I have really learned how valuable it is to have a good food slicer. I could not stuff as thin as I want, and I have some great knifes.
