No that option is not offered. There are a couple reasons. By factory sealing one end then the consumer does not have that to deal with. Some people have no difficulty sealing the UMAi bags and yet other people do. If you look at the sizes offered you will see they are made in mind for the various sub-primals that people age. These cuts have relative sizes so it is easier to offer customers UMAi bags specifically made for rib eyes & strip loins (12×24) or prime rib (10×20) or short loins (16×28) or tenderloin (8×18). Then for sausage and charcuterie there are several sizes available. Ron
