Hi Ron,
I’ll take your word for it, I still trust people, up to a point obviously. In all my business life I stuck to the rule of a hand shake is good enough to seal a deal.
Some months back I joined a smoking/bbq forum. I posted that I converted an insulated all stainless bread proofer into a cold/hot smoker.
The only answers I got was “it never happened” Obviously, now I will never post some of the photo’s I took when building the conversion.
I will have to get into this ageing beef in bags one day. Some great deals here at the moment.
