This is just my personal opinion and I do NOT represent UMAi Dry OK? My concern is had the fridge actually been even warmer than 50 and by the time you discovered it had it cooled down to 50? Have you inspected the meat since it has been in your neighbors fridge? You said you discarded the rest – do you mean you discarded the rest of the food in there which implies to me you sensed something was wrong with that food.
