Your Coppa looks great when it’s ready you will also be pissed off that you didn’t make a couple more.
It’s a nice big size too. I am having trouble with sourcing decent size Coppas as I am too far from any Sow slaughter houses.

I sometimes put mine in heavy duty elastic netting as well to keep the plastic bag/meat bond. Works great and sometimes solves a problem as well.
