I dry aged moose in your bags

I just ran this question up the flag pole…lets see if I get an answer. We have many people from the North East plus Canada who post there…I’ll let you know. BTW here’s what I asked…

Any body here a moose hunter? My question then is have you ever tried to dry age it and what has been your results? Any suggestion on the length of aging that you find the best?
