Welcome aboard! Once it has finished you can suit yourself depending on just how long you intend to keep it before enjoying it. The key though is to keep it cool in your refrigerator. Don’t return it to a UMAi Dry bag though as it will continue to cure and dry, so either seal it in a food safe plastic bag, or if you want it to last longer a Food Saver bag, but why seal it? Just enjoy it and make yourself some more!
