I purchased a smaller refrigerator, but it is supposed to remove moisture. There is definitely a fan. I probably have too much meat in there to keep up. I have a 16 pound Ribeye plus a 12 pound Sirloin.
Ill try to move it out to the garage fridge later this week. Still too cold outside to trust the temperature.
I might also cut into the bags and drain the juice. No need to keep all of that inside the bag. Then I get a new seal and vacuum as well.
