Late in my welcome remark..sri.. but a big welcome anyhooo.
I think most here have a bbq or cooking background and fairly new in the drybag processing.. So dig in and make or give your impressions and ideas as well.
I will step up a notch here and give Thea the Pro tag. As Thea is the big promotor girl in this department.
Ron has also been innovative in the sealing and long term dry bag process.
He has wrinkle or two worth trying out.
I may have a couple myself.. What you may find is the entire process is quite simple, once the fundamental techniques or routines are established.
