Welcome to the forum. First, Costco generally only carries the bone-in during the Thanksgiving and Christmas season. However, all is not lost. Check with Cash & Carry as they do cary the IPB bone-in rib rack, and they have several stores throughout the Bay Area. Membership not required and prices are competitive, not Costco competitive except during during their bi-weekly sales. Restaurant Depot also carries same, however it requires a membership as its geared towards restaurants, food service,catering, latte stands, etc. Membership is free but requires a business license.

Another site, if you want to order online, is Snake River Farms https://www.snakeriverfarms.com/. They have Prime Rib Roasts on sale (today is the last day and they are out, but they will wait list you for the same price). The price is $79 for a 10# choice or higher roast which comes to $7.90 lb which is off the regular price of $169. Even if you don’t order, get on the mailing list for monthly specials and the shipping is a flat rate of $9.99 per shipment.
