Not to worry. You can just reseal the meat even without taking it out of the bag if you have enough bag left over to put another seal. Next time seal twice in the same place. Run the VACUUM and SEAL cycle first, wait for 10-15 seconds and hit the SEAL ONLY button to put another seal. Then do another back up seal using SEAL ONLY button again twice. The seal should be strong at that point.
Your meat should be just fine, UMAi Dry is not a vacuum bag and air will eventually penetrate the bag which OK. However in the first few days a bond needs to form between the bag and the meat. Also, sometimes if you use cracked peppercorns, those can puncture the bag and put tiny hole in it, so be careful with that too. You should be able to tell if there is a hole in the bag when you draw a vacuum next time.
