Checked the weights today and all were within 24 percent weight loss.

Some people experience separation or air pockets within the first week, I’m no different.

I know that is not a problem and it is occurring due to the fact the weight loss is shrinking the chub, the dry bag remains the same size. Maybe if it was a natural casing drying then I would not expect the voids…..

The waiting is killing me………..

The next weigh in will be Nov 19. I will post photos
