Sorry you feel you had a bad experience, but you are the first to have complained like this so I have to think there is some other factor(s). I have studied the 4 pictures you posted and I see nothing to indicate there was a problem due to the UMAi Bag. Is there some reason you don’t even want to thaw some and try again? Maybe they would be fine used in other recipes other than grilled steaks. I love aged NY loin strips in stroganoff and rib eye in any marinated meat recipes for instance.
