Sealed in a FS bag like you did means you wet aged that meat as a FS bag does not breathe meaning there was not any weight reduction. Be prepared for the real stinky rotten smell when you cut open that Food Saver bag because that is what you will find. I personally would not recommend now trying to dry age that meat in a UMAi Dry bag!
For future efforts can we help you as for why you had sealing problems with your FS and the UMAi Dry bag? BTW a perfect vacuum is not needed.
