Hi Ron, thanks for your reply. I know there was quite a debate on the BGE forum that I found quite entertaining and a persuading argument was made to leave the bark on. So, I left a little on and found that I liked the meat but not the bark. I tell my kids to try something first so I needed to set an example…….
They are small roasts: 3 bones each.
