Its pretty hard to judge and give advice about the safety of the meat if you are not there smelling, touching and looking at it.
I would say that if the meat was good to begin with, it wouldn’t spoil in a week of dry aging. I would take it out of that mini-fridge, continue to dry age it and then once its done smell and see if you think its still good. Your nose is the best judge of meat.
