Gravlax in UMAI?

Hi,

I saw that video about dry aging a gravlax a couple of days ago and I can see a good potential in this process. So much that I decided to go and buy a V3240 Foodsaver vacuum and just order a small amount of bags from this site.

I should be testing this as soon as I receive my Umai dry bags.

Rest assure that I will keep you up to date when I’m done.
