Welcome aboard, Elsa! Sorry to hear of your sealing issues, but glad you reverted to the manual approach I preach about LOL. One question though and maybe it’s just the words, but you said “rib eye steak” – you didn’t mean an individual steak did you? I hope you meant a full rib eye sub-primal that weighted in 10 to 18 pounds. Ron
