Hi Jim,
So basically with out a Ph tester the only way I will know is if a color change occurs?
Also its currently hanging before refrigeration, if no color change after 72 hours should I throw out or place in the fridge? Ive heard of people having color change once in the fridge for a bit, but would this be safe to consume ?
