Jason, Welcome to the forum!
First of all – how moist – surface-wise – was the meat when you bagged it? Also was it fresh or previously frozen? As long as the UAMi Bag is making contact – and not ballooned – then you will notice an entirely different appearance in 4 to 6 more days as the moisture leaves the meat and the bag adheres better. 4 days is way too early to get concerned!
