Quick follow-up – Steaks came out fine…I think it clung a little better than the first example I cited above.
BUT – As I mentioned, it was also my first in my new Vacmaster VP321 chamber vacuum (you may commence to being jealous). That thing is awesome. You can jam 6 quart bags at one time thru the thing in 40 seconds.
Wish I had bought that decades ago…I can’t even count how many f**ds*v*r units I’ve thrown in the garbage over all that time not to mention the cost of the bags.
