Coarse Kosher Salt?

Hey all. Wife went to costco today and asked her to get Kosher Salt so I have enough on hand. She brought back two large boxes of coarse kosher salt. Anyone use this and does larger granules make a difference? I dont want a “crunch” when bite into piece salami. Thanks

I can tell you this…I have used coarse ground Kosher salt for probably 17 years now to season all of the dishes I make and meats I grill. I have yet to have it NOT break down quickly. What appeals to me is I can see the amount of Kosher salt I am applying/using/etc vs normal fine grain salt.
