Storage after serving

Assuming there is any left after cracking open my Capicola, Lomo and Bresaola during the holiday this week, what is the best way to store these treats?
Are they “shelf stable”, or do they go back in the fridge?
I have some concerns that they will pick up food odors from the fridge. Do they go in a Tupperware container?
How long will they keep?

Suggestions?

Hi,

I only have Duck Prosciutto ready at this time but I keep it Vacuum sealed.

I have with my foodsaver, re-usable Ziplock bags so I can slice a bit and re-seal the same bag
