The Original Dry Bag Steak | Make Artisan Dry Age Steak at Home › Forums › Recipes › Other Recipes › Flankstrami › Flankstrami
The Frankensteak video was interesting, but really doesn’t bother me. I don’t go hunting for a steak dinner at 7-11 so I’m not too worried about it being formed meat. I would be shocked if any reputable steak house would use this product to deceive. If they can find a use for it in making interesting appetizers etc…I’m all for it. It was neat to see this particular application just as an example of the possibilities of this product.
I think I will be picking some up and trying some stuff out with it. Looks like it could make some amazing looking product.
Could different kinds of meat be glued together with this. Eg: beef to pork or beef/pork chicken for example….
