I just like having options. I had to re check my supplies. I have a lot of bags and kits over a dozen. The finished product after drying is 2 inches. I belive ou advertise them that way too. I just checked my kits and I have 2 sausage kits and yes they are 3 inches but yield a sausage that is 2 inches. So in reality I want BIGGER so the dried sausage diameter is larger.
That being said having several options would be nice.
If a 3 produces a 2. How about a 4 inch. And smaller sizes like the poster asked for would be great.
